Claire and David had a lovely wedding at Peckforton Castle, they even managed to organise some sunshine! A lot of time and love went into all the details, which were totally in-keeping with the surroundings; it really was a pleasure to photograph! Pete went to find Dave (who was hiding in a turret)… Dress time!…
Full post coming soon, but for now here are a few shots from Emma and Dave’s awesome wedding yesterday. I sat on nettles to get this first shot, but I think it was worth it… The next three were all taken with my new tilt shift (which I LOVE!)… More coming soon; thanks for being…

Since the beginning of time I have wanted a Tilt Shift lens…ok so that’s a little dramatic, but it’s been at least a few years. The great thing about being married to a fellow photography geek is that he understands my constant need for new toys, and he surprised me by finally ordering the thing…
All of a sudden it’s ‘wedding season’ – which means no more lounging on the sofa watching Lost for us! On the other hand we get to do fun stuff like this… Stay tuned for some awesome weddings, coming soon!
We’ll be blogging lots of pictures from Lorraine and Andi’s wedding very soon, but for now here’s a little preview…
Those lovely ladies at Rock My Wedding have recently posted a fab article all about choosing the right photographer. I was delighted to see a few shots from Rachel and Julian’s Moroccan wedding included in the post!
Isla is an adorable and very joyous baby – we wanted to take her home with us! A big thank you to Sally and Ben for sharing their gorgeous girl with us, and also to granddad Peter for lending us his lovely (and very well lit!) home for the afternoon! Could she be any cuter?!…
This afternoon I had tea and cake with George who is 6 weeks old (and very advanced for his age). His mum Liv kindly drove him over to see us, she is a great chauffeur I must say. I am an excellent pillow In other news we have now put down the paint brushes (temporarily)…

Kelly and Jon rock on so many levels, we were very excited to shoot their wedding! The first time we met, Kelly said our work reminded her of Martin Parr. Under no circumstances can we ever dream of touching the genius that is Martin Parr (he is one of my idols!), but just the fact…

Picking up where we left off with Part One, we all headed back to the lovely Thornton Manor… I love this style of champagne glass! Yum! We had a fun little photo shoot with Kelly and Jon… Not sure if it’s possible to be happier than these two… Kelly you crack me up! My ever…

Gorgeous vintage details, the peaceful rural setting of The Ashes, and scorching weather – EJ and Ben’s wedding was a lovely summery affair. We were particularly honoured to be the chosen ones to shoot their wedding as Ben is a keen photographer himself – no pressure! Joking aside, it’s great to take pictures for people…
Where were we? Ah yes, time to snap Mr and Mrs around the lovely grounds at The Ashes… I know nothing about flowers and trees, but I know this pink one is good… Ben knows how to work it… I am in love with this one… The table details were utterly gorgeous! Cake or work…
Phil and Helen are an extremely lovely newly engaged couple 🙂 Their wedding isn’t until next year, but why wait until then for pictures? They chose the most amazing location, a magical wood full of bluebells… Love this one… Seriously how pretty is this setting?! Congratulations on getting engaged Helen and Phil, we can’t wait…
