We took a pit stop as we got to Rivington to do some meandering in fields!

Joanne & Jimmy had a lovely wedding a few weeks ago in Blackrod – only about a mile away from our house and just across the road from where I used to play golf as a child (very badly!). It was a gloriously summery day and we were made to feel very welcome by…
We figured it was about time we embraced this lovely weather we’ve been having and this afternoon headed off for a picnic in Rivington. We actually sat in the same field we shot some pics of Emma and Dave last weekend, it was very pretty after all! Rivington is ridiculously green… These cupcakes arrived this…
Rock Glam Weddings is a brill new blog in town! Lovely Elizabeth got in touch to see if we had any beautiful weddings to share and I instantly thought of Anna and Damian; their wedding was amazing.
Claire and David had a lovely wedding at Peckforton Castle, they even managed to organise some sunshine! A lot of time and love went into all the details, which were totally in-keeping with the surroundings; it really was a pleasure to photograph! Pete went to find Dave (who was hiding in a turret)… Dress time!…
Lorraine & Andi are a lot of fun. Once they’re together, they never seem to stop laughing. I don’t think there are many better signs that a a couple are perfect for each other than the fact they are wholly entertained in each other’s company. Their laughter is infectious too – I don’t think we’ve…
Full post coming soon, but for now here are a few shots from Emma and Dave’s awesome wedding yesterday. I sat on nettles to get this first shot, but I think it was worth it… The next three were all taken with my new tilt shift (which I LOVE!)… More coming soon; thanks for being…

All of a sudden it’s ‘wedding season’ – which means no more lounging on the sofa watching Lost for us! On the other hand we get to do fun stuff like this… Stay tuned for some awesome weddings, coming soon!
We’ll be blogging lots of pictures from Lorraine and Andi’s wedding very soon, but for now here’s a little preview…
Those lovely ladies at Rock My Wedding have recently posted a fab article all about choosing the right photographer. I was delighted to see a few shots from Rachel and Julian’s Moroccan wedding included in the post!
EJ & Ben’s wedding was a very special and unique affair so we were hoping for some interest from a wedding blog. But we were pretty shocked when 2 minutes after the blog post went live we had a lovely message on twitter (we’re a little obsessed with twitter at the moment – we are…
Isla is an adorable and very joyous baby – we wanted to take her home with us! A big thank you to Sally and Ben for sharing their gorgeous girl with us, and also to granddad Peter for lending us his lovely (and very well lit!) home for the afternoon! Could she be any cuter?!…
This afternoon I had tea and cake with George who is 6 weeks old (and very advanced for his age). His mum Liv kindly drove him over to see us, she is a great chauffeur I must say. I am an excellent pillow In other news we have now put down the paint brushes (temporarily)…
