Any Other Party

I just stumbled upon these photos in my wallet – mementos of a wonderful evening a few weeks ago (taken by the lovely Annabel of Love My Dress on her fancy pants Fuji Instax mini. WANT ONE!). It was a gathering of fabulous people in London town, hosted by the gals from blog extraordinaire Any...

The Big Cheese

Sometimes I feel like we work for Puddington.  The scene in our office this afternoon confirms it.

A lovely evening spent with Pete’s grandma Audrey, eating curry, drinking fizzy and doing a photo shoot in her garden 🙂 Audrey took this one, I think she’s after a job… All images taken with Contax 645, Portra 160VC.

A new toy – Contax 645

We recently started playing with film, and in true Lawson style decided to jump in feet first and get a snazzy camera, the Contax 645. We’ll be sharing lots of pictures from it, but for now here are a few ‘tester shots’ we did of each other in the first few days… All images taken...

Four years ago…

Au Revoir!

This is the last instalment of pictures from France (I promise!).  A meander around the village… All images taken with fuji x100

Hospices de Beaune

We spent the final day of our trip to France exploring the Hospices de Beaune, a former hospital for the sick and needy and now an amazing museum.  After a lovely lunch with the Lawsons that is… It’s very pretty… The first room we saw… Creepy medical instruments! The pharmacy… All images taken with fuji...

You can’t go to France without a little wine tasting fun.  So we’ve heard anyway, we’ve actually never done it before.  So off we went to Rully on the recommendation of my parents. We’re excited 🙂 This is Jean-Claude, he used to live in London so he spoke perfect english.  Quite the character too.  We’d...

On Monday we found ourselves at a soiree in a fabulous place here in Burgundy (a former resistance cafe full of eclectic market finds).  It was a strange evening, involving a collection of hats, some singing and of course plenty of wine 🙂
