Billingham Hadley pro
A few weeks ago I got a Billingham Hadley Pro. It’s so pretty I thought I’d take some pictures of it!

It’s very classic, and extremely well made…

A nifty top handle makes it easy to lug around…

Also the padded insert is removable so you can use it as a regular bag.

It’s not huge, but I’m not planning on using this at weddings. It’s a ‘day out taking pictures’ bag – a camera, couple of lenses and the usual handbag stuff.

I used it on our little shoot with Alex – great size for a portrait sesh!

Ooo, I like! Looks great! I have a Kelly Moore boy bag at the moment, which fits a lot, but too heavy to carry around. Will need something smaller))
I love that shape of Billingham bag. I have a large square one for hiding things in and just got a 225 for weddings which up on delivery I took too with big tools and a needle & thread to make it fit my lenses which was painfully scary! I stabbed myself numerous times and this is how far I will go to be able to carry such a beautiful bag!
I like the bag, thinking of getting on myself. Does a Canon 7D fit in it with a lens attach ? Or is too thight with a big camera?
Hi! Just wanted to ask if it’s as big as a laptop bag? I’m really close on buying one Hadley Pro. My current equipments are a Canon 1100D (which I’ll be replacing with a 7D) with 15-85mm lens attached, 50mm, flash, some spare batteries & memory cards. Do you think it’ll fit?
Hi Cheri! Yes it would fit that no problem!
Beautiful shots of the bag.. i am looking into one myself.. honestly more for just a cargo type bag to carry my laptop and stuff.. however, i would use it as a camera bag occasionally.. my wedding kit sits in a Domke f1x, but for those times where i want to carry minimal kit it would be nice too. i recently retired my nikon gear D700 & D300 + various lenses and am giving canon a try. so far a 6D with a 28mm and a 70-200 2.8, 600EX speedlight, and soon to be added a 24-70 II.. now im pretty sure this would fit.. but what id like to know, is if you think the Hadley large might be a better option when putting in the 70-200? i usually never have it mounted though.. thanks! great photography by the way. 🙂
Hi Laura
Lovely photos and beautiful bag! Did you choose canvas or fibrenyte? (I would be interested in why you chose either fabric) Also do you think it would be fine to carry a Canon 5D with a zoom attached plus a couple of prime lenses plus accessories ….with a bit of room left for incidentals? I am tossing up between Hadley Pro, 225 and 307 to travel overseas with. If we’re wandering around markets I would prefer not to be carrying too many bags. Or is it best to keep camera gear separate in its own dedicated bag. and keep it light (ie in the Hadley Pro) and use a different bag for wallet, purchases etc. Of course if I didn’t get tempted by the shopping…
Thanks!
