We whisked my big sister Jen to London to celebrate her birthday. We walked (a LOT!), we ate, we soaked up the sun and most importantly we went to see A Chorus Line. This was our all time favourite film growing up (which may have something to do with us both doing degrees in dance!), so I knew it would be the perfect birthday surprise 🙂

Today we celebrated our lovely nephew Josh turning seven and a half. He was born on Christmas Day, and if there’s one thing you don’t fancy after Christmas dinner it’s a big chocolate birthday cake! Josh is funny, energetic, thoughtful, caring and expressive. We’re very proud of the lovely young man he’s becoming 🙂

Rachel and Stephen tied the knot on a lovely sunny (and rather windy!) day. After a beautiful ceremony at St Cuthbert’s in Churchtown, we wandered over to the botanic gardens next door with the new Mr & Mrs, before heading to Farington Lodge for celebrations.
It was a magical day to photograph; super relaxed and full of pretty details and smiling faces!
Megan and Drew are flipping lovely, and their wedding was a sunshine filled delight! We were so looking forward to their wedding; after their portrait shoot last year we know it would be lots of fun 🙂
This was our first visit to Knowsley Hall, a stunning stately home with one heck of a driveway. Saying it’s pretty doesn’t really do it justice!
Carly and Paul had a sunshine filled, super relaxed, fun wedding at The Belle Epoque. I have to mention the details too – AMAZING! Just look at those killer ‘bridal’ shoes, and the yellow striped ribbon on the bouquet…oh my!
They are such a lovely couple, it was an absolute pleasure.

Anglesey is such a lovely place, we were so excited to shoot Vic and Paul’s wedding at Plas Rhianfa.
Walking into the wedding breakfast took your breath away – beautiful woodland themed details everywhere you looked (Paul proposed on a woodland walk!). Guests spent plenty of time enjoying the beautiful views and the little bit of sun on the terrace, it was delightful!
Rosie and Jon are super lovely! We enjoyed a sunny day in the Lake District, capturing their gorgeous detail fest of a wedding. Rosie had collected vintage teacups for months, her mum had made metres and metres of bunting, and Jon…well Jon cried (a lot, it was lovely!).

They asked us to take pictures of them at sunset to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Somehow they managed to choose the PERFECT day and we were treated to magical light 🙂
Lauren and Dan’s wedding was wonderful. Dan’s Dad married them (how lovely is that?!) at Holy Trinity Church in Southport, which is absolutely stunning. Their first dance song was ‘Son of preacher Man’ 🙂
I can’t say enough nice things about this pair; it was an absolute delight to spend the day with them. Their wedding was relaxed and full of joy, with the ceremony held at St Anthony of Padua in Liverpool, followed by a lovely reception in the hall next door. Oh and it was SUNNY!
