Shankley Hotel Wedding – Heather & Phil

A stunning rooftop wedding for the wonderful Heather & Phil. We loved every minute of this day, expressive people are our favourite! Crying, laughter, uncontrollable fits of giggles – this had it all!

Now, you maybe wondering about the lack of social distancing going on here. We have a slight confession… we’re very behind on our blogging, and with weddings hopefully being allowed in all their glory soon, we’re taking this moment to get caught back up! Heather and Phil actually got married way back in 2018 (remember those heady days?).

The Shankley Hotel was a real surprise to us. We thought we’d seen all the best Merseyside venues, but this place is special. There aren’t too many epic rooftop terraces in England so we were so excited to find this gem. It’s called the Garden Of Eden – very fancy! The views out across Liverpool, including the famous Royal Liver Building, are breathtaking. A beautiful sunset  made it even more special too.
