Hi there! We’re Pete and Laura, wedding photographers based in Lancashire.
Lancashire is a beautiful county with rolling green hills and a rich history, complete with an abundance of historical manors, barns, and rustic farms. This makes it just the perfect place to get married. We got married ourselves at West Tower in Aughton (all the way back in 2007 - we were kids basically!) and we live just down the road from Rivington Hall Barn. Over the past 18 years we've photographed hundreds of Lancashire weddings and we've genuinely loved them all.
Natural and fun images are what we're all about, blending in with guests and capturing special moments. We do love portraits, but we won't take them all day long!
When we’re not shooting weddings we love walks around Anglezarke reservoir, usually ending up in Rivington Tap Room (if only they would do weddings at the Rivington Brewery!), or popping into Cake by Hannah for a quick sugar fix.

For us, it's not all about the dress, the shoes, or even all the beautiful decorations.
We feel deeply that a wedding is about the people, your people, the party, the atmosphere you've created. Our favourite images are always those meaningful moments between people. Moments you can show to your children which say ‘this is who we were’.
Obviously we do photograph the pretty details though - we're not totally immune to their charms.
We love grandparents holding hands and people laughing out loud. We love capturing old friends seeing each other again for the first time in years.
We want to capture moments no one notices and frame them. We want you to be able to look through your wedding pictures and see that your day was even better than you remember.
We do take portraits too, and you will look amazing, but we won't take you away for hours so you won't miss your own wedding!

We've been photographing people laughing their heads off (at weddings) since 2005. We don't want to pose you for hours, and we don't need to. Your wedding will already be filled of amazing moments just waiting for us to find.
We do love a few beautiful portraits of you though. We find around 15-20 minutes is the perfect amount of time for this. We'll find a perfect spot for these portraits and then see what we can create together.
Everyone is different. Personally, we can't keep a straight face if we try to stare deep and meaningfully into each others eyes! So the style of the portraits depends on who you are as a couple, we love laughter, we love romance, we'll encourage and guide whatever you give us!
Our unique style has led to us being being two time winners of the highly coveted Wedding Industry Awards 'Best Photographers in the North West', and even winning 'Highly Commended' in the national award. We're now judges for these awards so we're not allowed to enter anymore!
Our work has taken us all over the world and has been featured in many publications such as Hello Magazine, Rock my Wedding, Love my Dress, Wonderland Whimsical Weddings, and many others.
