A Weekend in London
When we get a rare weekend off, it seems a shame to spend it editing pictures all day and then watching X Factor on the sofa. We decided to head to London for a few days to catch up with a few people who we generally neglect, and also meet with a few clients to talk weddings.
Aside from that we took a few pictures because we can’t help it.
Step one: pack…
Step two: say farewell to Puddington, who always seems to be that little bit more adorable whenever we’re going away…
Then just a short 5 hours in the car battling the rain/darkness/traffic before finally arriving in London…
The next morning I was papped while applying makeup – impossible not to pull funny faces!
Breakfast at The Diner in Shoreditch…
Oh. Yes.
What was so funny? I can’t remember.
Stop taking pictures. People are looking!
Off we went to Portobello Market. That pink coat helps Pete find me when I wander off.
A distinct lack of candles sold at the candle store.
All the fruit looked delish!
I heart Wales? Random!
Some cool people…
Someone slightly less cool…
Love old suitcases…
I’ve seen a few All Saints stores with these cool vintage sewing machines in the windows, but never this many!
I don’t know where we’d be without our iphones. Lost I guess.
Look what I spotted in a window. I bought it of course 🙂
Lovely pics although I found the ever zooming beard close-ups a bit gratuitous 😉 The candle shop is stupid, but the T-Shirt is ace!
I love you guys!! Lovely post, lovely flavour.
What a fun adventure you’ve had! Great post. I’ve got that tshirt someone bought it for me last xmas!
Looks like you had a great time – I LOVE that t-shirt!! 🙂
Ooh – what a lovely time you guys had! Lovely pics, so nice that they tell a story too. Loving the market shots and the Singer machines! 🙂
I am wanting that breakfast right now. And those vintage cameras. And that t-shirt. Now you know what to buy me for Christmas 😉
Fantastic images!!!
Laura, please, please, please tell me where you purchased that fab Tshirt from? I’ve been looking for one like this for ages!
Thanks!
