February Facelift

You may have noticed that our website is looking a little different.  It’s had a February facelift.

Before we had a blog we had a website; this was our shop, our gallery, our window to the world.  Since then our little blog has become the place where all the action happens and where we actually post hundreds of pictures, so we decided to spruce it up and make it a jack of all trades.  Basically our blog now has a landing page full of info and galleries – it does everything the old website did but it’s all in one place.  We do like things simple after all.

The initial design for the new site started life as a doodle (yes my desk is always this messy, and yes I do paint my nails while I’m sat here!)…

It’s actually not far off how it turned out!  The only thing I miss about the old site is the doodle at the beginning, which I am mostly attached to because it took me a whole day to do 🙂

  • Walking with Rosie

      Last week we took a break from hibernating in front of our computer screens and went for a wander with our friend Rosie.  For once it wasn’t raining (hurrah!); armed with our cameras and a couple of cosy hats we ventured into the hills.  Good times 🙂
