Here are some of our favourites pictures from their day:

We absolutely loved Katie and Mark’s wedding.  For starters it all happened in one of the best cities in the world (Manchester).  They fully embraced the city vibe, walking through the streets between ceremony and reception and even venturing out with us into the street lights in the evening

These two are effortlessly stylish; every detail was impeccable.  We had no idea until the day but they’d chosen some of our favourite suppliers (cakes by Beth made the gorgeous cake, Laurel Weddings provided the pretty florals and Shutterbox filmed everything).  The ceremony took place at Manchester Town Hall, a real favourite of ours.  Really, how many times can I say ‘favourite’?!

When you’re planning your wedding, one of the pieces of advice you will probably hear is “make sure you spend a few moments together at the reception, because you’ll be dragged in opposite directions all day and barely see each other”.  That couldn’t be further from the truth for Katie and Mark, they were joined at the hip all day.  We’ve seen love in so many different ways, Katie and Mark have the ‘written all over their faces staring adoringly at each other’ kind.  It was flipping lovely.

Charlotte and Paul live in Australia but decided to get hitched back in the North West, in January…there wasn’t a flip flop or surf board or barbecue in sight.  What there was however, was a bunch of lovely people to celebrate their day.  There was also a bit of sunshine, they must have brought it with them.

Jenny Packham dreaminess…

Gorgeous Rachel Simpson shoes…

Meanwhile Paul was lounging around at the Midland…

Time to put that stunning dress on…

Paul is so flippin’ cool.

Manchester Town Hall is so pretty

Here we go…

We had to do a few portraits around the town hall, because it’s amazing.

Then we had a little wander around the nearby streets for some gritty Manchester stuff

Some dance floor action…

Thanks for an amazing day Charlotte and Paul! x

Kate and Nick’s wedding on Sunday was fun, relaxed and blessed with sunshine.  Nick was best man for Joanne and Darren’s wedding back in 2008, it’s always nice to see a few familiar faces!  We love city weddings, and these two chose fantastic venues: Manchester Town Hall for the ceremony and Stock Restaurant for the reception.  I must also mention Becky of Blossom Flowers who did an amazing job with the floral arrangements – some people make our job so easy!

First up we headed up to the penthouse of the Radisson Edwardian to see Kate…

Great view of the Town Hall!

Kate was NERVOUS!!!
