This is a very special wedding for us. Not that all weddings aren’t special, but this wedding was EXTRA special because these two lovebirds are our friends. Laura was in fact Pete’s first wife (aged 5, a ceremony in the playground followed by a messy breakup when Laura ran off with a boy who gave her a teddy bear). It was a really fantastic and emotional day, we couldn’t be happier for them

We started the day at their new house where Laura and her bridesmaid Ali were getting ready…

This was a gorgeous wedding at one of our favourite venues, Belle Époque in Knutsford. Although the weather seemed a little changeable at times, the rain held off and we had a perfect autumn day. The colour scheme and details were also completely perfect for autumn; they helped to create a lovely warm atmosphere.

Allie and Wayne are clearly crazy about each other, there were lots of adoring glances between them for us to try and capture! We really enjoyed spending the day with them and their lovely guests, and it was especially nice to meet Louise who is a blog follower, hi Louise!

Allie’s dress was gorgeous…

There were lots of bridesmaids around to keep her calm!

Ali & Steven’s Wedding at Belle Epoque – Part One

Ali & Stephen are awesome, we had so much fun at their wedding. The Belle Epoque in Knutsford is such a cool and unique venue, and the fact that the sun was shining all day was the icing on the cake. It was an emotional day, with a few tears and lots of laughter, and Ali and Stephen looked so happy to be getting married. We’ve decided to give these guys a couple of blog posts, so stay tuned for Part Two which will include reception details (including the amazing cake!), speeches and dancing. For now, here’s the first half of the day!

Ayesha and Paul are such a fun couple, and their day at the Belle Epoque was full of unique details and lots of laughter. A wonderful example of this, is that it’s the first wedding we’ve ever been to where the groom has serenaded the bride during the speeches!
