Karen, Daniel and Alex are such a close family and this created the mood for the whole day, it was great to be a part of it. The weather helped out by being gorgeous – blue skies and fluffy clouds! X no comments We are very proud and excited about the arrival of our beautiful new niece Lydia! She is so tiny, but absolutely perfect…I could take pictures of her all day! So precious! X no comments Gemma and Simon’s wedding ceremony took place in a tiny chapel (which is a family tradition), and was followed by a blessing and reception in a fabulous marquee at Gemma’s parents farm. The weather was glorious and Gemma and SImon are such an adorable couple, what more can you ask for?! Laura and Peter you helped make our day so very special. You were wonderful and the photographs are just awesome. We started our weekend with the fabulous Liverpool city centre wedding of Joy & Alan. They were such a great couple to photograph – our ‘test’ shoot a few weeks ago certainly paid off, though sadly Tubby couldn’t make it to the wedding due to his own holiday plans! Louise & Gary had a beautiful wedding in Manchester which was relaxed and intimate. Both venues were new to us – The Monton Unitarian Church, and the Court House in Worsley, both of which were great locations for pictures! Louise and Gary xx Nothing is more fun than a new toy, and the joy of our new 85mm f1.2 L lens has not yet worn off! It’s very pretty, and more importantly it’s good at its job – which for us means it is awesome for portraits, and for low light conditions without flash (i.e. most weddings!).
