Charlotte and Paul live in Australia but decided to get hitched back in the North West, in January…there wasn’t a flip flop or surf board or barbecue in sight.  What there was however, was a bunch of lovely people to celebrate their day.  There was also a bit of sunshine, they must have brought it with them.

Who needs sunshine when you’ve got a wonderfully cosy hotel in which to celebrate – the thoroughly gorgeous Grand Central Hotel. Our trip to Glasgow was a lovely break between Christmas and New Year, and we were so glad we weren’t hindered by snow or gales or torrential rain on the drive up!

Rosy and Gam are funny and save lives, what’s better than that?  On with the photos…

Gamada has the biggest smile – I’m thinking he’s pretty happy about getting married.

A morning highlight: Manisha’s mum doing a sneaky shot!

The perfect day for a walk.  It was in fact the cheesiest winters day I have ever seen – on our way in the morning we drove through the frosted forest, and two deer ran across the road and off into the sunrise.  It was like a really elaborate Christmas card.
