As if being in Marrakech and hanging out with lovely people on a rooftop eating delicious tagine isn’t enough (see previous post about the night before!), we were totally spoiled on Saturday with an amazing wedding to photograph! The weather was better than it had been all week and we were raring to go. As with most elements of their amazing weekend, the credit must go to Rosena and Fred of Boutique Souk for their impeccable planning, organisation and attention to detail.
Rachel had chosen the perfect dress…
I love how excited she is in this picture!
Meanwhile Julian returned from a morning of golf with the boys…
I had to get a portrait of Rachel in front of that awesome door!
The day before Rachel told us how “un-photogenic” she is…WHATEVER!
Gordon was a very proud Dad!
The girls…
Mum Ingra looked beautiful!
This is where Rachel gets it from!
The ceremony location (in the garden) was so beautiful!
Their daughter Lily is a total crowd pleaser!
Talented friend Kate made the bouquets…
It was HOT!
Time to get married!
So much joy, I love it!
Married!
Some congratulations…
Canapés and mingling!
These guys were fantastic!
We snuck off with the bride and groom for a few portraits around the villa…
Such a cute family!
Love this shot of the bridesmaids and groomsmen!
And finally, the bouquet toss…which as you can see didn’t quite go as planned!
