You may recognise Amy and Aaron from a portrait shoot we did a while ago, which was a little practice for their big day! It definitely helped them be much more relaxed on their wedding day so it’s something we would recommend to anyone who is a little nervous about their wedding pictures!
Amy & Aaron are such a cute couple. They are always smiling and laughing with each other, which makes our job so much easier as that is exactly what we like to capture at weddings. They weren’t alone in this either, both families were exceptionally jolly and made us feel like we were one of the guests! A special thank you must go to bridesmaid Rebecca, for getting us Diet Cokes from the bar all evening!
On with the pictures!
There was a really lovely atmosphere in the morning…
Amy is so smiley ALL the time!
Amy’s Dad arrived at exactly the right moment!
The church was so pretty it deserves two pictures…
Aaron was completely unfazed by the whole ‘wedding’ thing!
Love this shot of Amy and her Dad
Well trained bridesmaids!
Ceremony time!
A really lovely service!
Married!
I had to grab a quick shot in front of the church!
Rather brutal confetti!
We made use of the good light and did a few portraits of Mr & Mrs at the church!
I love these next two…especially the fleeing bridesmaids!
So magical!
Gorgeous!
We then headed off to Springfield House for the reception
The beautiful cake…
This was a lovely touch: photographs of family weddings (and Amy and Aaron when they were young!)
A few shots from the speeches
Love this one!
Adamant that they didn’t want a traditional ‘first dance’, they shared the dance floor!
A big thank you to Amy and Aaron for a really fun day and to all their guests for braving the cold for the group shot! X
