Last week I abandoned Pete for a few days to visit one of my oldest friends Caroline.  Our hectic schedules mean we had to plan this visit months ago, before Caz leaves for the Falklands for four months with the RAF.  We had a really relaxing few days, including a visit to Alquimia Spa for a massage, which was amazing!  She will kill me for putting these on here, but here are a few pictures…
