On Saturday we were in Liverpool photographing the wedding of Kerry & Michael.  This was our first wedding at the beautiful Alicia Hotel, which was the perfect background to Kerry & Michael’s extremely fun and relaxed day.  The venue laid on a fantastic barbeque for the wedding breakfast, after which the guests could mingle outside on the patio – thankfully the weather behaved itself!

There was no 1st dance, so we asked Kerry & Michael to hug on the dance floor!  We think it worked out well!

Ayesha and Paul are such a fun couple, and their day was full of unique details and lots of laughter.  A wonderful example of this, is that it’s the first wedding we’ve ever been to where the groom has serenaded the bride during the speeches!

This morning we ventured out to Formby Point with Clare and Richard, and despite a treacherous journey there through torrential rain, the sun made a valiant appearance!  With their wedding just a month away this was great practice at turning on the love for the camera.  In actual fact, I have the suspicion that these two are adorable with each other all the time.

Yesterday was Paula and Martin’s wedding at West Tower in Aughton.  We absolutely love West Tower (especially as it brings back memories of our own wedding there last year!).  Paula and Martin are the most adorable couple, and we spent most of the day saying ‘arwww’; they are so clearly besotted with each other and it made for a beautiful and emotional day.
